Can I cancel an order?
As long as your order hasn't already shipped, we can cancel your order. Send us an email to hello@ferneboutique.com to request an order cancellation.
Can I use multiple discounts on one order?
No, only one discount is allowed per order.
Can I pick up my order in store?
If you are local in Michigan, please contact us via email after placing your order to ask about in store pickup. The email address is hello@ferneboutique.com. Items vary by location. All orders will be shipped as is, unless we hear from you.
Do items get restocked?
The majority of our items don't get restocked, that way we can keep our styles exclusive and fresh for you. However, we do restock most of our custom Ferne graphics. You can always email us at hello@ferneboutique.com to ask if a certain style will be restocked.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 US dollars. This applies to orders within the continental US ONLY.
How will I know once my order is shipped?
Once you have placed your order, we'll work on preparing it for shipment. Most orders will ship within 3 business days. When your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information. Note, if you ordered multiple items, you may recieve multiple emails with tracking numbers if they shipped for different locations.
What do I do if my package was lost in transit?
Please note that we ar enot responsible for any packages taht are lost in transit. All USPS and UPS tracking inquiries must be handled with the carrier directly.
Returns + exchanges
How long do I have for a refund?
From the date your package delivers, we accept returns on regular priced clothing/shoe items, for a full refund up to 7 calendar days (whether postmarked within that time or returned to one of our locations).
Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
Returns on regular priced clothing/shoes after 7 calendar days are eligible for store credit or exchange within 8-14 calendar days of the delivery of your order.
Can I return an item without tags?
Returns that have been worn or are missing tags will not be accepted at any time.
If I bought an item from your sale can it be returned?
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned at any time.
Can I return a necklace?
Jewelry is final sale, along with the items listed below:
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
- All accessories are FINAL SALE. Additional final sale items include: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, sunglasses, hair accessories, knit hats, brimmed hats, ball caps, scarves, gloves, belts, tote bags, purses, backpacks, fanny packs, wallets, socks, enamel pins, stickers, keychains, candles, perfume, lotion, lip balm, face masks, trump blocks, coffee mugs, pasted nips.
- Any item purchased in the store and worn out of the store on a human body is considered final sale.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes, of course! You can can return your order to any of our locations within the accepted return window.
I want to return my order, can you send me a shipping label?
We are not responsible for return shipping on items that didn't work for you.

How many locations do you have?
We have stores located in Bay City and Ann Arbor. All of our locations are located in Michigan.
Do you live outside of Michigan? Shop 24/7 at www.ferneboutique.com and we will happily ship your order to you.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently carry sizes XS to a 3X. However, the sizes that we are able to carry completely vary per brand. Some brands offer extended sizes, while others may not.
Our Inclusive Collection which is a curated collection of extended sizes, is available in-store or you can shop this collection online.
The great news is that we have heard your requests to carry extended sizes, and we are working hard behind the scenes to bring you more inclusivng sizing & styles.

What do I do if I don't see an item online?
Send us an email to hello@ferneboutique.com if you have any questions regarding items or orders. The majority of our items are online, some are in store only. We can still take payment via phone or emailed invoice and ship to you!
