 Below is our return policy for any item purchased, both online and in store locations:

  • We accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of ordering.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be excepted for sale items 
  • If you receive an item and it happens to be damaged, please let us know within 48 hours! Email us at or call 989-778-1222
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or a store credit
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as damages.
  • All return requests must be received within the 14 day window (from the date of your package delivery to the date of your refund request), no exceptions will be made. 
  • We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.
