- When you complete your purchase, please include a note at checkout that requests pick up in store and indicate which location you would like to pick up at.
- Once your order is ready for pick up, we will send you a text or email and let you know that it's available to pick up during our business hours.
- If you paid shipping on your order, we will refund the $6 once we get your order ready.
- We can't guarantee the items you ordered are at the Ferne location you requested to pick up at. If they aren't we will contact you and let you know that we will ship your order instead.
