We accept returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Either brought back to one of our store locations or shipped out by the 14th day.
All returns and exchanges are to be sent back by the customer. Ferne Boutique does not offer pre-paid labels for returns- unless the wrong item was shipped by mistake or the item is damaged.
The original printed receipt is required to make a return and all tags must be attached to the item upon return. No exceptions.
